It's too toyish, and a bit graphic, but imagine a Burke with a head you could pierce with the Alien warrior's inner mouth

That sounds like a custom I'd like to see. I'd also like to see an alien victim all pasted to the wall with the Goo, maybe with a chestburster action feature (similar to the figure on the base of the McF 1:12 Queen figure, which is pretty sweet, even if it is McF).

And why no Bishop yet? Maybe he's the "marquee" character for a third round of Aliens human characters.

Oh wait, Bishop's not...*thunk*

For anyone who lives in Cali, or gets to listen to the Mark & Brian show, Michael Biehn is gonna be on it today:rock

Be cool to listen!

Do they webcast? Can someone capture this for us and post it?

Learned a few things about Biehn I didnt know:

1: He has Hanson's Mmmbop on his iTunes.:lol

2: He the guy John Travolta punches in the gym in Grease.:lol

3: As of right now, he is NOT cast in, or any in way, a part of James Camrons Avatar film. Although he said he has had 2 sit down interviews with James, the last being about six months ago.

It was a pretty quick interview, about 10 minutes, he was promoting a thing hes doing with Chyrstler. You go into your local Chrystler dealership and fill out a contest type card, for every card filled out Chrystler will send a troop overseas a free calling card. Cool thing hes doing.

that's awesome! thanks man. love the guy, wish he was doing more stuff. he is so intense and great in everything he does... especially in a cameron script.

Yeah, having been lucky enough to have met Biehn, I really do want to see him get his just dues.
I think he has been a major reason for the success of several high profile series, and has never been properly rewarded with better parts elsewhere. Except in the eyes of his fans of course.

I wish him well.

I wish I'd been able to see that interview. Michael Biehn has always been one of my favorite actors, too. Haven't seen much of him lately, which is a real shame, because he always adds so much to any picture he works on. He's made some otherwise fairly mediocre films a helluva lot more interesting simply because he was in them, imo. Here's a couple of pics in honor of MB. :bow

He's played a Navy SEAL in several films, so here he is again as HT's "Stoner" SEAL in Vietnam...aka Dwayne Hicks.

Yeah, Biehn is a standup guy. Really loved talking to him at the con... Great dude. He also gained a lot of respect in my eyes after I learned that he was made an "honorary" Navy Seal by the Dept of the Navy a year or so ago when he agreed to do the voice work for the UDT Seal museum here in FL. They gave him the pin and a plaque, stating that his portrayal of men in uniform during his time as an actor has always been accurate and true to life....

I was very happy to see him get lots of screen time in Grindhouse, and that the character was bad ass.... :rock

Speaking of Michael... I would love to make a custom Johnny Ringo from Tombstone or Sheriff Hague from Grindhouse... that would rule. Probably feasible too.....

Hell yeah, he was bad ass! :rock

I hope he's gonna be at SDCC, I'd like to meet him.

As much as I'm loving the Tombstone stuff, I thought I'd let you guys know that I scored a MIB Sgt. Apone today at an LCS for a great price!! :rock

So, now I have Ripley, Hicks (Josh is working on him), Hudson arrived this week and Vasquez is on her way from the Godfather. Now all I need is Drake and my set will be complete! Then they will all be sent to Josh to be repainted and dirtied up!! :rock

Happy day!! :D

Biehn is awesome. He was not, however in "GI Jane". That was Viggo Mortenson (Aragorn). Biehn has played a SEAL in "The Abyss", "Navy SEALS" and "The Rock".

Great pictures of the Stoner SEAL, though. That is one figure that I wish I could have gotten.

Crap, you're absolutely right! I realized that this morning when I remembered it was Viggo, not MB. :duh I don't know what the hell I was thinking! Prolonged lack of sleep does have that effect on me. Anyway, thanks for setting the record straight. And yeah, Stoner is one of my favorite figures, too. Which is why I just can't bring myself to behead him, even though I'd like to turn him into Hicks. I like him even more now that I know it's MB under the face paint. :D
