Thanks. Actually, I thought it was a steal. Less than 100.00 apiece and I would've opened boxed ones anyway. MIB is for type A personalities.
Well I only made the comment about them being loose because then you have to wonder are all of the pieces there, was anything damage in the removal, you still run risks in the package, but I think you get a bit more certainty that route.

That's exactly why I was going to bid on them. I have all except Hicks and I figured at $100 apiece I could keep Hicks and sell or part out the others.

My guess is Wave 3 will be Frost, Bishop and...? Gorman? Not likely, not a big seller. Burke? Nope, won't sell. That leaves Crowe, Wiezbowski, Spunkmeyer Dietrich and Ferro, all of whom are pretty obscure for marketing. Ferro could be interesting with her Dropship pilot helmet and glasses. The others are pretty generic marines.

Other than that (Wave 3) I just don't think there is anything left to do for this line except finish it off with the Queen and an alternate battle-damaged Alien warrior and then move on to doing Alien with Ripley, Kane (in Moebius spacesuit), Dallas, Ash, Parker, Brett and Lambert and Ripley in Moebius spacesuit and of course, the Giger Alien.
I'd much rather models from Alien3.
The Dog-Alien, bald Ripley (exclusive includes queen chestburster), etc.
The Space guys that come to capture the alien would be cool too!
We already have the Geiger Alien by McF.

I agree that Gorman probably wouldn't sell that well, but he is a pretty major character. For that matter, I wouldn't be surprised to see Burke, even with his lack of accessories. If it was a marine, then my guess would be with Dietrich because she was the medic, and had a slightly larger role than the others.
One thing that I would like to see Hot Toys do, though is reissue the first wave, or maybe just Hicks and Apone. God knows there is enough demand.

Burke is the kind of lame plain-clothes civie that Sideshow would do, not Hot Toys. He's an easy pass for many. Same with Gorman, though some completists would want to finish the platoon. They just wouldn't make interesting figures. Bishop they could include an alternate battle-damaged severed torso accessory. Frost was seen a lot with Hicks so him and at least one other marine, even generic, would be preferrable to Burke and Gorman.
