That's true, if they don't get the likeness right on Ripley, colouring etc I will pass. It certainly won't be worth the money if they don't get those things right

i bet the reason they havent announced the PL with this is because they are trying to secure sigourney's rights. i really hope they do, but ill be getting this either way

Ripley's likeness will need to be spot-on, otherwise the PL will be a pass for me (which will be disappointing)

There will likely be less Power Loaders, because they are going to cost about the same as the Queen, and many have already stated they are only interested in the Queen.

I will have both, unless the Ripley sculpt is simply unacceptable for some reason. Can't wait!

Its all about Ripley for me,if they pull her off then im sold on the PL,i think the gore group done these dio's so im pretty confident they'll nail it.If they dont?,then the Queen on her own isnt a bad consolation prize!

I'm with everyone here that the Queen is great on her own, and I will only get the powerloader if Ripley looks amazing. Ofcourse, I am going to be getting the ULTIMATE Ripley from Darren - 12 inches of ultimate badasness! Question is, would the Hot Toys powerloader look way too big compared to the Queen?

I cannot cancel with SS, without incurring the cancellation fee! But I wanted it that way. I wanted to lock myself into this diorama, and am extremely happy with the "three easy payments" of only $133.33 each. That way, I won't be going overboard on my credit card all at once. Gotta figure, I'm eventually going to see $20 in rewards points come back my way too.

At any rate, I honestly don't think the price is too high for this piece. The R&D involved in such an intricate statue and its counterpart; coupled with the likely low orders it will create, must have caused SS to market at this price. I don't care, she will be in my display for years to come. Once the pair of Queen and PL are here, I cannot think of anything that would top that display!

But with flexpay you can still cancell the order in its pre0order status and no fees will be taken but once the first payment goes off and you cancell then you will penalised with a cancellation fee?

That is not the way I read the policy when I preordered on Monday. SS may have changed the policy with an increase in cancellations accross the board and due to the economy. But I'm still happy. Would I like to have the diorama for $300? Yes. But I want the Queen at $400 all the same.

Check out the policy on any flexpay ordering page. I'm pretty sure there is a small fee before first payment, and a greater fee after first payment.

I cancelled the Queen Facehugger on flexpay and got charged $20, maybe it depends on the price of the piece? Still felt sick giving away $20 for nothing
