Wolf really was a thin character, and the fact that HT usually uses large heads on their figures only makes him look more skinny. So... yeah, movie-accurate. The source material itself looked like starving Pred.

Nope.

All of the AvP figures used the same body.

The Wolf Pred had a new body sculpt, as did the P1 Pred.

The P2 and Elder were different as well.

The Guardian used the P2 body sculpt I believe.

I don't really care for the bio, I think it looks like a copy of the P2 bio with some spikes on it. I would have loved to see what a bio made from a trophy skull would have looked like in some of the earlier design stages of the film.
