It usually takes some time to get an email, like 30 mins to 2 hours. Probably longer in this case.

Yeah, it wasn't in mine either. I was just happy to get the order through. I'll probably call customer service when the dust settles.

Looks to be on backorder now. Didn't bother trying to get a second order in. Hopefully customer service takes care of all of us with extra shipping charges and clarifies this black VIP card business.
