There's no way that I could pass up any further MPs from Season 1/2 and the movie. If they can continue making MPs from that era (unlike Star Saber), then I am up for all of them, no matter who leads the design team.

thanks to the reviews posted there's a lot of things to be careful with this robot
and hope there wont be breakage like that fraggin' MP rodimus convoy ver. 2 of mine

i didnt even transformed it coz its in robot form and the shoulder connector broke off!-sold it half the price
just to find out that there are parts being sold to fix that shoulder issue....

It's possible that the inevitable KO version will have it corrected. The KO versions of previous Masterpieces seem to have some minor upgrades from the Takara version.

Extremely unlikely as it would require some retooling and new molds making for something that Takara don't consider to be a design flaw.

No KO has had that kind of thing done before so I wouldn't be putting any eggs in that basket either.

Unless you caught it on the first time around, that's been the pretty standard price. I think it's worth it, as it is the best Starscream figure in existence, and he's easily one of the top 5 most important G1 Transformers (arguably top 3). But as a figure alone, putting that other stuff aside, I would say he was worth closer to $130-150.

I prefer the color of MP11 Starscream to the earlier versions as it's closer to the color scheme of the G1 toy and what I remember from the cartoon.

It also doesn't have the ridiculous hip kibble of the earlier Seeker mold and I also prefer the headsculpt even though it lacks the face switch option.

The only thing the newer mold does noticeably worse is the ankle articulation....there isn't any.

I can't remember what I paid for mine but it was probably more than the original price as I didn't buy it until several months after it was first released.

I don't think there'll be a better G1 Starscream.

MP-11 was closer to $150 when it was first offered up for sale, less than that if you went through HLJ. But the reissue was $200 everywhere that I saw it.

maybe you handle your toys hard? My figure is perfect,sturdy and doesn't feel like it would break at all...but that aside,are not ALL these masterpieces (takara/3rd party) on the fragile side? It's pretty much the nature of these toys...It's cool to not like it,but the figure is pretty great and understandably not everybody's cup of tea.

MP10 is pretty freaking sturdy. PARTLY because it was designed with the intention of being used as the core of a future ultra magnus figure.

Every time I see fanboys doing the whole "if you aren't with us, you're against us" routine I feel like doing this,


MP22 wasn't for you, so you recycled it and can use that cash towards something else, nothing wrong at all with that.
