I still like Stack better, at least based on video review. I do hope they do this Nemesis version they previewed earlier last year.

I think that whoever designs FT's figures is up there with Shogo Hasui and Hisashi Yuki as one of the best designers of Masterpiece style Transformers.

The scale, engineering & overall aesthetic are as good as it currently gets and despite a few issues the build quality generally surpasses any official product.

And not a buttflap to be seen anywhere

One thing I like about Stack is how the robot mode proportions don't make Magnus look like an obese robot who's in danger of a heart attack. But it's still not for me.

In-hand the regular Bumblebee is far from cheap looking IMO. Though the mis-matched paint tones are a problem if you leave him in car mode. Gold paint seems in reference to G2 Bumblebee, which I had.

I really like the regular Bumblebee. He turned out nice when transformed to robot mode, which is how I keep him displayed. I think I'll pass on the gold version--it's not different enough to warrant buying and I'm not a big enough fan of the character.

Mp Ultra Magnus arrived and he is kick ***. One of the first Takara MP's I thought was worth the coin. Funny that most pics I've seen of him make him look chunky but he is a lot leaner in hand. He adds another dynamic to the existing MPs,good stuff. I'm in for G2 Bee and the Takara MP10 reissue. Anyone looking for Hasbro MP Optimus or Thundercracker pm me.

Or it could mean that they have no plans to release Megatron V2 any time soon so they've done that image to illustrate that they're about to release something that could be used as a stand in albeit a piss poor one.

At this point I don't even want another Takara Megatron, because if Kobayashi's in charge of the design it'll inevitably be s**t.

If X-Transbots go above and beyond the build quality of anything they've done previously Appolyon could fill the Megatron shaped gap in collections whilst Takara are still messing around deciding what repaint to release next.

Because I've just seen a run of Masterpieces (12-21) that were like a dream come true come to an end with an utter turd that I have no use for in either mode.

Hasui must have run over his bosses dog or something, there's no other logical explanation for moving him onto Bayformers whilst he was nailing every character he took on with such consistent brilliance.

Have faith man he will return in all his glory.

I hope so. I'm also glad that other people dig MP22, including yourself. It just doesn't do it for me and it's so disappointing because I wanted that run of home runs to keep going even though Magnus was a character I had little nostalgia for.

To each his own and all that no worries! wish I could jump on the FT bandwagon but I'm just collecting so much stuff lately. I am picking up FT's scoria comic version tho.
