Just tried to buy it and got a message from ebay that the seller wasn't authorised to receive funds at this time :dunno

Thundercracker looks really good, but I'm pretty satisfied with my Hasbro one. Certainly not upset enough to spend $100+ more than I originally paid to get the Takara version.

Heads up on this auction for exhaust KO. Price is too good to be true at $16.99

Transformers Takasa Tony Masterpiece MP 23 Exhaust G1 Action NEW IN BOX IN Stock | eBay

It's a KO. TAKASA version. Said it on the box as well. But yes, price is good to be true. :)

Just got my FT Sever in the post and have been having an initial play around with it.

FT are 3 for 3 on Dinobots as far as I'm concerned. Bring on Sludge and Grimlock.

Here's my look at the new Transformers Masterpiece MP-21G G2 Bumblebee. I love MP repaints, and this one does not disappoint! Stunning paint app that is superior to the original figure - can't beat that :)

With 2 pictures my Interest in X-transbots Cyclonus and Scourge has evaporated............... :(

Still look good but the scale feels way out of whack !

Bob

^^
Thanks for the pics. I think both look great - I'm still keeping my pre-order for the two. Even if they are out of scale according to you, this is a minor issue for me as the two looks like they just jumped out of the TV. The head/face sculpt looks spot-on as well as the bodies.

Not getting anything from X-Trans until they can prove they can make a TF that doesn't feel like a big lots transformer. I returned megaton for that same reason (the whole "it displays well and that's good enough doesn't apply). Being as popular as he is, in sure another 3p company will take a shot at him (hopefully FT). Scourge and Cyclonus look great though.

And I finally caved in and ordered Tesla along with MP tracks. Problem is, that in order to get free shipping I gotta wait until Tracks is in stock for them to ship.... gah.

No idea where this scale chart is from but they look relatively similar to this chart. Scourge maybe even a bit large at least compared to this scale.

Dedguy, I've seen that scale chart, and the figs seem almost spot on to that, but it still seems off in my mind.
I never think of Cyclonus being that much bigger than Scourge and Galvatron. From the comics, toys or the cartoon (which was all over the place as we know) they seemed a similar height.

I still think they look like great figs, and can understand why people will still get them, but to me it doesn't work

Bob

Yeah I agree, you generally never see them as anything but the same size. The only image I found with a super tall Cyclonus was that image and this one. Given if I get these I would plan on displaying the three of them together so some variety in height I actually welcome.

Fair enough mate, I think they are both great looking figs, just awkward posed together in my mind.
I'll probably wait till both are out and pick the one I like best (probably Cylonus) and skip the other one.
Lets see MP Galvatron now though :wink1:

Bob

If X-Transbots are making Cyclonus and Scourge, you would guess there is a Galvatron in the works. I would love to complete the trio. Make it happen!

So I got Masterpiece MP-10 Optimus Prime a month ago and didn't have an opportunity to take photos until today. What an amazing, incredible toy. Just so well made and a pure joy to pose and transform. Not only is he the best Transformer I've ever had, but arguably the best toy I've ever had. Granted, there are some QC issues (scuffed paint on one smokestack, one leg being a ***** to collapse) that are disappointing for a $189 figure, but still an amazing piece. Can't wait for Ironhide this winter!
