I think Ironhide looks better than the Universe one especially in vehicle mode but Galvatron is totally killed by the chrome turret/arm.
Takara should be much less random about where they put the chrome and for some molds they should leave it off entirely because it doesn't work no matter where it's put.

Galvatron's scale is what annoys me most about the mold. He should have been a comparable size to Megatron but he's gonna look pretty stupid squaring up to a Voyager Class Ultra Magnus that will soon be made taller courtesy of the City Commander armor.

Henkei Ironhide is pretty much what I'd hoped for,the SUV mode looks a lot better and while I still don't like the design of the gun very much I don't object to the chrome paint being used on it as many of the G1 toys had chrome weapons.
