I went to a nearby town to check out the transformers selection and found Human Alliance Bumblebee at TRU. $35 is really overpriced, but with their $10 gift card, it's not too bad. Given his size, I don't really think he should be more than a voyager class figure. The Sam figure isn't worth more than a dollar or two realistically.

Anyway, I'd say he's the best version of Bumblebee yet. Here he is compared to a deluxe figure from the first film. He's quite a bit bigger vertically, and considerably more massive.

Takara is going to reissue MP-1 again in October so I got my pre-order in. Quick question for those in the know, Did Hasbro say they were going to re-issue Skywarp (or Thundercracker?) as a Wal-mart exclusive similar to Starscream? was that announced or that I dream that?

All I know about are the Walmart exclusive repaints of movie Starscream that are in stores now. I'd pick up a Walmart version of masterpiece Skywarp or Thundercracker if it stayed around $40 though.

Yes Masterpiece Skywarp will be released by Hasbro, it was announced at Botcon this year.

I bought HA Bumblebee today too at TRU. Yeah the price sucks but he looks awesome and the $10 giftcard was worth it considering I turned around and used it on an Animated Skywarp! Damn kid at TRU tried to tell me I couldn't use the giftcard for 6 hours after the original purchase, I told him to swipe the damn thing! Little prick. Mike this is the one you want to pick up, after HA Sideswipe I think I am done with movie stuff unless Leader Starscream is tits.

Nope, it went through. Picking up the elusive Skywarp for a discount made the HA BB price all the more easier to swallow. I think I am now complete on the Animated stuff. RIP Animated.

Went to TRU looking for the HA Bumblebee and they were cleaned out....three different "slots" where it could have been with the pricepoints underneath but all gone. I did pick up a Sideswipe and a standard Bumblebee though....BB is alright but I really am digging Sideswipe. I love the look overall.

Anyone who thinks the US price of HA Bumblebee sucks should think themselves lucky as the UK price is the equivalent of approx $48 though in this particular case I don't mind paying the extra as IMO it's the best toy from either film.

I think you mean MP-04 which is the set with the trailer, MP-01 was just Prime by himself.
