Until I get the DVD seasons, I'm a little in the dark on the show. Did they ever reveal G1 Optimus' face? You can tell by the way the animation is, that he seems to have a face and mouth like the film and an additional battle mask, but in the cartoon, the mask was always on where in the film, only in combat.

The only time they ever show Optimus' face was before he became Prime...he was still known as Orion Pax.

Ill, your file won't show, and I'm very curious as to what it is with the smiley you got going there.
 
Man, I feel like I'm 4 years old again right now. I won a repro G1 Prime figure off eBay, and it came today, just started opening him up and I noticed a black spot shaped like the Autobots logo on the top of the truck, and for a minute, I was taken back like, what did th mess up here or what, and I started to vaguely remember the old figures having decals that were heat sensitve and when you ran your finger over them enough, they'd color up and show the log, and I did it to this spot and sure enough, same effect was used on the repro. This figure had to be one of my absolute favorites when I was a kid, and my dad went the extra mile hunting one down for me as they were hart to come by where I live, and he got it, and i loved it. I wish I had my own Prime still, but to even have this as a reminder of my youth and my parents love, that's something priceless.

my buddy brought his to school when i was in third grade and the teacher took it because we weren't supposed to bring them to school.....i don't know if she ever gave it back. i noticed the autobot symbol you have to rub the other day on my omega supreme.....sadly it doesn't work anymore....:(
