Do. Freaking. Want. Is gonna be expensive though, to say the least...

Kapowtoys here in the UK are doing the pre-order for £99.95 which is £10 more than the UK price of 2 regular ROTF Leader Class toys.

Personally I wouldn't pay £0.99p for Jetfire no matter how it's painted and Prime is worth no more than £30 so I can easily pass on this set....roll on HA Mudflap, Classics 3.0 and War For Cybertron.

Here's a couple of pics of my most recent aquisitions,

City Commander weapons set,

MP Grimlock & Hybrid Convoy,

City Commander looks even better with some dedicated weapons for it instead of the Classics Ultra Magnus guns, MP Grimlock is every bit as awesome as I'd hoped for but the biggest suprise was Hybrid Convoy which I knew would be good from pics but just how good wasn't apparent until I opened it.

The amount of detail and thought that's gone into it is incredible considering the size and even though the truck cab looks slightly iffy and the small parts make things a bit fiddly at times the robot mode is the best rendition of G1 Prime outside of the Masterpiece, perhaps better in some ways.

I found Animated Samurai Prowl and voyager Shockwave at Wal-mart yesterday, so I suppose that they are included in the cases with Electrostatic Soundwave and Freeway Jazz.

Maybe the truck cab would be slightly improved too as it's the one thing that looks a tad iffy.

Given the detail of Hybrid Convoy I think it's a pity that the line didn't catch on as some other characters would have been awesome.

Justitoys announced a while back they are doing some unofficial Hybrid Style Dinobots which should be pretty damn cool but it'd be nice if Takara revived the line and did Megatron and a couple others.

A trip to my local supermarket today produced an unexpected result in the form of the ROTF ice cream truck which was previously thought to have been delayed in the UK which in Hasbro-speak usually means cancelled.

But the whole of wave 4 was on the shelf and all Deluxes are half price at the moment so I got 2 for less than 1 costs on ebay!

That's true enough. I paid £39.99 for the rerelease which is fair considering it's an import and is packed with accessories but the prices the original release and Galaxy Convoy go for on ebay are ludicrous.

So Powercore Combiners aaaaareeeeeee...

Figures with powermasters, and possibly headmasters and Minicons as well! Could turn out to be pretty awesome.

Is that Huffer a new mold or a rehash from an older line with a new gimmick added in the form of a Powermaster?

It's somehow appropriate Hasbro have used some brown plastic on HA Barricade as the robot mode appears to stink as much as the turd like Deluxe version and even has a similar annoying spring loaded arm gimmick.

Roll on HA Mudflap and the epic event that will be the Simmons figure

Completely new mold, seems to blend G1 and movie rather perfectly. Love the way the targetmaster becomes a gun emplacement too.

And what don't you like about Barricade? I hated the preview pics, but damn did that video review make it look awesome. Perfect hulking brute, just a shame that he's a bit smaller then Bumblebee and only has one hand though, but eh, Bumblebee suffered from the same problem.

It's actually a new mold, I suppose that's something but I hope these aren't the types of designs we're to expect from the rest of the line as IMO it's a bit crap. Mixing the G1 and Bayformers design styles will only produce one thing = EPIC FAIL.

I've never really been a fan of Barricade to be honest, the robot design is mediocre, his Deluxe toy was poor and more to the point for the HA line he wasn't even in ROTF. I would've much preferred Jolt, Sideways or the ice cream truck.
