Why the hell are they making a (allegedly) scout-sized KO of a widely available legends class figure? Who will actually want this? I mean, even I can get the original for 4 euro's here!

I'm expecting Warpath to be a retool of Darkmount.

The first batch of iGears Arcee has already shipped and there's now a backlog of orders while the next lot are made.

Warpath could very well be a retool of Darkmount and if it is that'll be another easy pass as I can't stand that mold.

VW alt mode beats a generic small car every single time for me.........as soon as I knew the scale wasn't Deluxe I never expected anything more than what is essentially a reshelled version of the Universe Legends BB so it's not changed my plans a bit.

I really hope FansProject haven't been put off releasing Collector because I'd really like a Wreck-Gar in my collection but wouldn't want Hasbro's POS even if someone gave it me for nothing.

Intresting, I really like the one iGear currently sell via their site but if there's a chance of another which could possibly be even better then it might be worth waiting.

There is also the Impossible Toys Arcee but that's meant to be displayed with G1 toys and not Classics so I'm not too bothered about owning it.

They can, according to Peaugh. He says that the knees are double hinged and can be collapsed a lot further. They're still not as wide as in the movie, but it's a definite improvement. Hopefully we'll see some pics of that soon.

Not that it means anything, but isn't that photo how he was transformed on the back of the box art as well? I really do hope the legs aren't supposed to be that far expanded, because its otherwise great mold.

Warpath-as-Darkmount Would make sense though. it's already a tank.
New head, and a few small changes to permently affix a tank barrel to the middle of his chest. posslbly change how the tank shell changes. Done.

If he's a tank, he should be a proper tank, not a crappy half track.

The speculation is that he'll be a new mold based on the design from the comic that came with the recent "Battle in Space" set which looks awesome although I'm sure Hasbro will manage to screw it up somehow.

Yeah, but the doors are positioned as wings on the packaging art, while those can be swiveled up and out of the way. Not to mention that Hasbro isn't exactly known for their photography.

Fair enough if you like it but the £30 or so that an imported version of that Ironhide ( UK release is doubtful ) is likely to cost me can be better utilised towards any one of a number of 3rd party releases all of which I'll want more than any Bayformer.

I probably won't even get it anyhow, considering the new characters and what not. And when converted, Malaysian cash (where I come from) for a voyager like this is about 30 pounds as well. And that's retail, where we probably won't get it either, unless we go specialty shops, and those sell for even more.

I've been to UK and gotten ROTF Megs and Prime, and the two leaders together cost the same as one leader would over here. No clearance.

If you're in Malaysia, wouldn't it be cheaper and easier to get the Takara-Tomy releases of figures?

Not cheaper, they sell bout the same. And the collectors here always get the good stuff long before I do, so it's pretty hard to find what you want, unless all you're looking for are shelf-warmers..

just got in my CrazyDevy sword and foot upgrades for Predaking. Unbelievable how I could've practically bought two 2010 Predaking's with the amount I've spent on these upgrades so far

Some good pics of DotM Ironhide. I wish they stuck with the same colors as the TF1 figure, but wow, this mold does look great. Fantastic articulation too from the looks of it. The cannon is a bit meh, but apparently you can still fit the weapons of the old Voyagers on there, so at least that's a relief.

It's a first wave voyager, so chances are high that you'll be able to find him in stores.
