As Far as I know he did...but Madcow & Gippeto were both talking about picking up MP10 Primes
I'm still hoping that Hasbro will see fit to release him here

Monkey Arms Masterpiece Prime should be a no brainer for a UK/European release but this is Hasbro UK we're talking about so we'll probably end up getting more shelf warmers instead

Just saw 4 MP TC at my local TRU this morning. Scored a Terrorcon Cliffjumper & Vehicon 1st editions as well as the entertainment pack with Megs & Opti with 3 human figs as well as dvd.

A custom Bumblebee posted on ACToys forum,

I think this proves my point that a better effort than the ArtFeather figure is possible.

The robot mode has a much more solid looking torso and the kibble is virtually non existent which instantly makes it more G1 accurate.

Obviously it still needs work but if iGear were to drop their other design and do something like this for PP04 I'd buy one without hesitation.

Good to know. I stopped by my local TRU yesterday but didn't see any MP-10's. They had Thundercrackers, but not Primes.

The MP primes are starting to get shipped out u.s. wide. My local toys r us have not recieved thier batch yet. I see Thunder Cracker but im not interested. I have the MP - O1 Prime but i still want this. Why? I dont know either.

finally having MP-10, I agree. There are some little things that I do miss from MP-01 though like the moveable mouthplate, vents on the shins that moved, even the light up effect in the matrix compartment, and the finally, the individual moving fingers.

But again, overall, I prefer the MP-10. Will be giving my MP-01 to my brother along with the commemorative Soundave I got for him.

masterpiece TC has been consistantly in stock on the website for a while now.

I expect MP prime to do the same once the initial crazy wears off.

NYCC Hasbro panel was yesterday. Prime season 3 will be called Beast Hunters, and

has the Decepticons reclaiming Cybertron, the Autobots on the run, and Shockwave coming in to use the ultimate weapon to hunt down the Autobots. Ancient, long thought extinct Cybertronian 'dinosaurs' called the Predacons, led by Predaking!

The toyline will probably not be for anyone here though. They look fun, but are rather over the top, with a lot of remolded characters to look more savage (guns and spikes everywhere).

They didn't reveal anything about new Generations figures, except that it will get a new subline called Platinum Edition. This is essentially Generations Premium, with metallic paint jobs and they are exclusive to online retailers like BBTS and Amazon. Looks like this is how they will be bringing over future Asia Exclusive toys too, because the first thing they will be releasing is Year of the Serpent Omega Supreme.

And thankfully, he turned out a whole lot better then Year of the Dragon Optimus:

Remold of the Energon figure, with a new head, a whole new arm, and a more G1 accurate colorscheme. I gotta say, I dig it. The Energon mold was always cool, but the colorscheme was a mess and I really disliked the claw. This fixes both of those issues nicely, and the new head is a nice bonus. Would have preferred them to remold both arms, but eh, the battle cruiser look still works for him. Makes for a pretty good Classics Omega and a good opponent to TFC Hercules.

Takara have responded to the rising popularity of 3rd party TF's with an incredible lineup of Masterpiece figures as well as some new Encore releases.

Prior to MP12's announcement the line had become very stale and predictable but Takara took their heads out of the sand, recognised what a lot of fans were asking for and have proceeded to kick large amounts of ass.

If they sell well then more new molds are sure to follow and even now it's looking likely that Sunstreaker and the Nissan trio are already in early stages of development.

Hasbro's gameplan?

"Here's some repaints of stuff you may already have bought before with different paint apps and a bit of retooling."

Two days ago scored a MP Thundercracker and today picked up MP10 Optimus for $69 and had the 30% taken off my Thundercracker as well...

I'm digging the paint deco on this Hasbro Prime more then the Takara version.
