Lee is also excellent to do business with, the smaller dealers can't always manage the same prices as the bigger ones but the level of customer service is always much better and it makes the whole experience of collecting this stuff go a lot smoother.

Next week should be good as my Avengers Captain America is expected to arrive ( via Lee ) on Tuesday and Soundwave will probably be here by the weekend if Kapow's shipment arrives on the 30th as expected

Fans Toys Shockwave is looking very nice, subject to in hand reports on the QC being good I'll be giving it major consideration for a purchase.

I do miss my little Avenger set up but in the grand scheme of things it was always going to be hard keeping up & the money I'd spend there is much better spent on my TF's these days...especially with the mega MP's we have due.

I like Shockwave but not sure yet, the cost of him will buy me Prowl & Smokescreen which are much more must have's to me.
Maybe if I can get some cash together from other sales then I'll grab one

On another note has anyone got one the new Toyworld Hardbone's??
I always loved Hard Head as a Headmaster make in the day & this looks like a great update to go with their Chromedome

That Shockwave looks good, but it all goes wrong at the waist for me. I really don't like how blocky his lower body is.

And a Dutch online store got their shipment of Soundwave in. Not one for me unfortunately (school costs mean I will have to wait for the Hasbro version), but it's good to know that he's been officially released. He also posted this wicked cool photo on his facebook:

Aside from QC concerns from a new company the other thing that's making me hesitant on Shockwave is that the possibility of an official one is much more likely than in the past as instead of trying to combat the 3rd parties in the legal arena, they're doing so by making more stuff that collectors are asking for....and it's working.

Takara obviously wanted the official branding for Sideswipe & co badly enough to pay whatever Lamborghini asked so if they felt the same about a Masterpiece Shockwave as well as an Encore reissue of the original they'd inevitably do all they could to resolve the legal issues with whoever now owns the rights to the original molds.

Toyworld are making some great stuff and I'd really like their Rollbar and Hardhead but with all the Masterpieces and Mini Warriors on the way they're some way down my priority list. I'll get round to getting one of them eventually.

Thanks Neil! Yeah, he does look pretty sweet. Gonna be a tough decision... Maybe if I can sell some stuff and get some money in my Paypal account later this year.

At some point, before I consider it, I still need both MP Cassette two-packs and Prowl.

And probably MP Red Alert and Smokescreen, too... though I think Shockwave might take priority over those two, since he's a Season 1 character and, well, awesome.

I just read in the Shockwave thread at TWF that Fans Toys are also looking into making Jetfire/Skyfire.

Im starting to warm up to Soundwave a bit now. Maybe its because i just dropped a load of cash on 3 new MP's so im not feeling so bad about the cost of things right now or what, but he's growing on me. Think i might take this old G1 Soundwave i have thats a bit beat up and give him an MP-style make over to tide me over until the Hasbro version comes out. Does anyone have a spare G1 Soundwave blaster with the chrome missile? My one is missing it.

Yeah, he definitely needs to be big, I thought the CHUG version was a decent combination of the G1 toy and animation model designs but it should have been an Ultra or Leader Class.

Caps unmasked sculpt doesn't look to bad in person, and congrats on getting Monger. He is the centerpiece of my Iron Man display.

I just saw of the exclusive Omega Supreme, and I have got to get one. Anyone here picking him up?

Good to hear, I'll probably have the masked sculpt on the figure for the most part but I will swap it over every so often.

Yep thats the Omega I was talking about. I loved the look of the proto for the 3rd Party WFC one, but I think its gonna be way too pricey my wallet.

Been good for me so far.

Had my MP Sideswipe from them & arrived in 2 days after I placed my order (Didn't order till in stock) & I have Soundwave on Pre-order with them.

I will be using them for the Cassette's & Prowl & Somkescreen

I think The Corsair has used them a lot as well

Kapow are awesome, I get probably 90% of my Transformers from them.

The one time they messed up with an order of mine they sent me a free Scout Class TF by way of apology and they've even held back a couple of items for me when I didn't have the cash for another few days....they probably wouldn't do that for first time customers but they also aren't obligated to do it for regulars either so I think it says a lot for how they treat customers.

Thanks guys,helps alot knowing i can trust them.I was never a big fan of Shockwave,and the pink hands/gun makes it easier to pass on this.But if i change my mind i know i can count on kapow.
