I saw a pretty great custom MP Blitzwing that was a not so complex modification of the MP seekers. I'm sure Has/Tak could come up with something great if they chose to. But it is true that he would probably not look perfectly like his cartoon bot/alt modes, so maybe that's a deterrent.

Ahnold head made him stronger.

"science" head made him smarter.

3rd head was just bat**** crazy.

Has there ever been a more hideous MP figure than Acid Storm? The answer is no.

And those yellow eyes are not as nice on Soundwave IMO, but an easy fix if you want red instead.

Yellow eyes is an easy trade off for Soundwave plus all five tapes at $100.

And wow, they found the one way to make a MP Acidstorm even more stupid, right into bat**** acid tripping insane territories.

Oh, no doubt. Will it be $100 though? "WOW," if so. Laserbeak and "Rumble" also seem to have a muted, maroon color red instead of the bright candy apple red of their Takara counterparts. I'm thinking I may hold onto my Takara Soundwave and Laserbeak at this point, and just pick up the Hasbro version for the other tapes.

I'd honestly be surprised if it's more then that, it doesn't come with a large hunk of plastic, and Hasbro seems to be fond of their MPs not exceeding the $100 mark (TRU does, but that's another matter).

Looks just as awesome as the Takara version...even with the Yellow optics.

Acid Storm is still such a stupid choice.

Fingers crossed the full unveil of Prowl comes soon...dying to see how they turn out.

All things considered Soundwave & tapes turned out as expected, they look good but I'll be sticking with the Takara ones as I prefer the color schemes and as much as I'd like spare tapes I'm very reluctant to give Hasbro my cash for anything except Marvel figures.

Acid Storm is a monstrosity, the camo design looks inspired by Minecraft and the overall coloring is more vile than some G2 toys

Prowl will be awesome to see in full, I wouldn't mind seeing something of Tiger Track as well, just to confirm it's still happening.

I guess i am the only one here digging Acid Storm, i love all the green on him, the digital camo looks ok to me and Soundwave's yellow optics can easily be painted over, just disassemble the head first..it's not a big deal, even looks cool left as is.

Didnt see pics posted in here for the new MP's. I like Acid Storms colorway somewhat. Not enough to warrant a purchase but he looks neat. Also like the yellow eyes on Soundwave. Will be picking him up for sure.

Well I've got to assume the hasbro set will be closer to $99 instead of the $300 it'll run you to pick up the Takara-Tomy versions.
