Existing figures. The head was scratchbuild (the individual heads look like your average modification) which is sadly painfully obvious as it doesn't fit in.
He had a few WIP threads, but those were from before TFW2005 started using that craptastic kitbash feature.
I'll try to scrounge up some of those threads and some WIP pics.But basically, he cut up a Primus, a Unicron, got a bunch of legos and construction Transformers, and ways to make them all fit. XD
So how is that made? Is it all made, or are some of the figures stock?!? It is amazing looking regardless

Thanks for the info, I'm not familiar with that site so I wasn't sure how to find his WIP thread. Still, as a complete Devasator its completely mind-blowing!

That's one of the best customs I've ever seen.
I will say that by looking at Devastator it wasn't easy trying to figure out which figures were used to make it. That's how you know just how good this work really is. The only one that really stood out for me was Landmine as Scrapper.
This is probably the best custom I've seen in a while that wasn't done by Jin Saotome.

After I was in the Hospital as a kid I got Metroplex as a gift afterwards. Why was I in the Hospital? I had dangerous levels of awesomeness before my young body was ready.

XD Indeed! Let's hope that the rumors of a masterpiece Devastator and Universe combiners are true, as well.
