How are the Revoltech figures? I'm beginning to like them more and more everytime i see them. Anyone got pics of them?

I've found a cheap place on evilbay but they look a little shady.

That does seem a pretty cheap. I don't know if there are knockoffs of these around.

Anyway, I got my first Revoltech figures a little while ago -- Starscream and Hotrod. I think they're very nice. I used to think that transformers that didn't transform were kind of pointless, but these are better representations of the cartoon versions than you could get if they actually transformed. They also feel nice and heavy and solid -- almost as if they were partially made of diecast metal, even though they aren't. I've got Megatron and Optimus Prime on order as well.

They're feedback strikes me as one of those sellers that usually does a good job, but maybe isn't as careful as they should be with results in a fairly consistent amount of negs and neutrals.

Most likely you'll do okay (a lot of happy revoltech customers) but its a bit of a risk. Definitely use a method that you have some protection with.

That's probably why I hardly get people buying from me. I don't have a Paypal account, and don't plan on getting one. So who ever wins my auction has to pay via MO.

VERY interesting. No idea how credible it is.

As you know of by now, TakaraTomy is putting out some New Binal Tech toys. Three are straight repaints while BT Arcee might becoming with a "Kiss Player"-type accessory: the first male figure in the line!. However, as a U.S. release it may not be included, but were not sure at this moment, as a lot of us would feel this would be a nice nod to the collectors.

And as for new Alternators . . . wait and see the "Collector's Line" brand for 2009. We're working on it! I can asure you, the secondary market made the big wigs stand up and take notice of the sales and prices sellers were getting of auction sites for Alternators as well as the other lines. This is what helped the Series 1 Classics get renewed.
