Thats a great display. Love the old with the new.

According to reliable sources Masterpiece Megatron version 2 is thought to have already been designed and will be in scale to everything from MP10 onwards.

It was initially rumored to be MP20 but it's now looking as if that will be Galvatron and Megatron V2 will instead be released sometime next year for the 30th Anniversary.

Good to know, I just picked up Thundercracker, Starscream, and Skywarp and want to get Soundwave when hes released, but am also interested in getting a Prime and a Megatron and any other Jets I can get in MP scale, so are the off color MP3 Starscream variations not going to be in scale with what I have?

Could you please recommend me an alternative to Megatron that's in scale with my Hasbro MP Starscream and iGear Thundercracker? I saw the Toyworld Hegemon Megatron, but he's about an inch shorter than SS and TC.
Yeah, if you don't want to wait for a potential new MP Megs then Hegemon is your only real option I'm aware of. Igear were supposedly working on a scaled down MP-05 Megs, but never went through with it.

Cheers! G1 Soundwave was my first ever Transformer, so definitely has a spot in my nostalgic heart! :)
Was also one that I had as a kid, and he was great because he looked so fantastic in bot mode. The MP upgrade is better aesthetically, but not by much.

Thanks s lot corsair.. I will prepare for funds then. Hehe..

What do you consider as the best source forum for Transformers info?

TFW2005 is the only site I use these days. It's great for news on all aspects of the franchise.

Just be careful if you use the forums as certain threads can be like navigating a minefield.

Prototype of MMC Predaking. :panic:

Bigger res: https://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/attach/3/9/6/4/7/FRX1_1368217259.jpg

And a size comparison with Giant:

So he should be as tall as Hercules.

Thanks a lot for the tip. I am finding it hard to navigate indeed, hehe.

I really cannot talk about how much I love this figure.

Nice pic. Just got him this morning and could not agree more - amazing figure!

And lastly, anybody know of any customizers that can turn an Artfeather BB into the second one? I know the radicons are good but any specific ones?

I don't think that requires much customizing - the shin panels pop off, the fists pop off, allowing the doors to come off the arms, and I imagine you can also pop off the back kibble and flip it as it is in that second pic. You can probably do it all yourself (but take care - I haven't done any of those things myself except for the arm kibble).

I'll second what Corsair said. And it can be difficult to keep track of stuff, due to the amount of info, threads and post activity... But it sounds like you're primarily an MP guy. The MP spec thread is the only one I keep consistent track of, lol.

Only because my office colleague brought a Grimlock MP, and saw the level of detail.. It's awesome.

However, he also told me about the scaling issues, as well as the Seeker fins.. That's why I bought iGear Thundercracker s's my 2nd MP-scale Con.. Plan to also get iGear Skywarp. They make Hasbro Starscream MP look like an error figure.. Haha.

Has anyone bought from the Reprolabels online store for decals? Is it relatively safe to buy online?
Lastly, has anyone bought from the iGear online store?

Thanks in advance, my Transformers mentors.

Reprolabels is a good place. I've gotten a couple sets from there before.

Reprolabels customer service is very reliable and the quality of their products is usually excellent.

However some of their sets for modern Transformers are a bit too faithful to G1 for their own good eg they try and recreate every single sticker from the original toy even if it means covering up the sculpted detailing that has replaced the need for lots of stickers on the modern version.

The most bizarre addition they've done is a label for MP Sideswipe that covers the Autobot logo and Lamborghini badge on the car hood/robot chest :cuckoo:

Their set for MP/iGear Skywarp is decent, I'm just using the stripes for the wings and the Decepticon logos.

I've ordered many things direct from iGear and have had no problems with shipping, just don't expect any kind of response if you get a QC issue with something.

Wow! Stunning. Is there an eta?

First one should be released sometime in June, I think? Not sure.

Predaking looks awesome. Waiting for the full boxed set to come out before I purchase.

The bird and the bull are already on preorder.

Also, mastermind creations currently has no plan for a full boxed set once they're all released. They said they might, if the demand was there.

So... Don't count on it. It might happen, but it's not garinteed.

Yeah I heard, been scanning the thread over at TFW. MMC's poster boy has really listened to the fans and took in alot of their input into finalizing Pking. Im assuming they saw all the various posts from people saying they will wait for a box set to purchase, and will capitalize on it. If not well Ill probably be paying for it later. Ive never bought anything from MMC so Im holding off from going all out on a 5pc combiner from them just yet. Plus I love the oldskool combiner boxed sets. They look so much better displayed alongside the figures imo. Are you getting in on these figures?
