Quote from Xavier in WWH-X-men # 1

[Xavier read hulk's mind]

God lord, what he endured on that planet ...

weakened. enslaved. The trials he faced ... unimaginable.

And yet he found happiness. Friends, a kingdom, a wife

A child on the way so why is he ..

.. Oh

AWESOME !!!

Just go the issue yesterday (I live 1 1/2 hours away from the nearest TRUE comic store) and it was awesome. Two questions--

When did the Hulk develop the ability to regenerate? (he grew his eyes back?)
and
What's up with the Frontline comic? I saw it there (and saw that CIVIL WAR had the title as well) but it looked like a bunch of interviews with civilians and didn't look at all interesting...

Hulk has always had a incredible healing Factor ..10 years before the Wolverine character was created, Hulk had one. It's just that now the writers use it more in the stories than in the past...

Check this image of Hulk having his Flesh peeled off, nearly to the bones, by Vector( of the U-foes), you see him getting madder and in seconds he has completely healed !!!!

The Hulk-The End Comic has also an amazing healing sequence of the character where its healing factor his explained.

Issue #1 was quite good actually..I recommend...It tells the story of the 2 reporters who will follow the WWH.... Its more the point of view of the everyday citizen in the MU.You will also see in it a lot of Hulk's warbound friends and what they do on earth...In issue # 1, a mysterious hero has destroyed the warbound's Robot Archie..and Korg is doing an investigation to have revenge....Great read and nice art.

Sounds good-- I'll pick up Frontline the next time I see it and give it a once over...

Got Hulk #107 and a bunch of others this week at my comic store. I do like that Hercules has been portrayed as a more "serious" hero these days (Like in the "Ares" mini-series that was awesome, and more recently in Civil War) and the writing on this issue was hilarious.I especially liked when Hercules mentioned that he knew how to use e-mail and learned how to use a flush toilet and Angel and that Amadeus kid look at his funny.

WWH: Frontline was well written but I found it silly that Hulk's Warbound is coming to the police to help solve the murder of one of their members...I thought the purpose was to come to the planet and start tearing $*** up!!! Why waste time negotiating?
