missed last night.. but really not a fan of this season at all....

I've enjoyed the more camp sensibility of this season, but I definitely can see why it wouldn't have as universal an appeal. The good thing is, next season is sure to have a different feel along with a different story. I am glad the show has that sort of flexibility, and allows it to explore different shades.

all caught up...good episode. Mr. Green happy. although cordelia's eye looks like zombie eye. better if she just pull it out.

She looks like this dude:

Season 3 is a mess of meh.

Wow, that was really satisfying for me. Even though I still find the way the last episode (like last season) acts more as resolution than a climax sort of odd for TV, I also find it pleasing. It makes the whole season feel more like a novel, where a little longer stretch of resolution feels more natural, I suppose.

More thoughts:
First of all, as I had suspected for a while now, Cordelia was the supreme! This makes me very happy, and it really was a natural progression of her arc as downtrodden to triumphant. I mean, they COULD have made it more depressing but they didn't. I think that's the thing I loved the most about the finale. It was the most resolutely positive finale we've had yet, I think. The only thing that dampens it some is the horrific end Misty faced. For such a tender soul to be trapped forever in hell is dark as dark can be. But it made a lot of sense, too. I think part of the reason the other girls made it back without much issue is they just had a bit more edge and cynicism to them, which I think actually helped them in that situation.

I thought the resolution to Fiona's arc was really well played. That last scene was just magic (pun intended.) I mean, the whole time I was worried that Fiona might somehow kill Cordelia at the last second. But she didn't, and Cordelia helped her let go. Of course, the end of Fiona was never going to be pleasant. Fiona's cry "Is that... NOTTY PINE?!" may go down in history as a wonderfully camp and immortal line. Also, the Stevie Nicks video at the start? Pretty kick-***, actually.

Now, it wasn't all wine and roses. Kyle's story pretty much fell flat to me. As was the love story between he and Zoe. But at least it didn't take up way too much time by the end. I also thought it was kind of creepy that he became the help! Hopefully he resists murdering anyone else!

yea, the last episode is AHS' southern food comfort. it fills you up as the universe is balanced between good & evil.

can not believe they made me watch the whole season... it was so bad.. and the finally was even worst.. they made ist like... "gosh... WHO is the next supreme..???" but somehow I could care less .... I thought this season would be more about voodoo ... oh well

Exactly. The finale stunk. Boo.

The whole thing felt pointless. Season 2 may not have made a lick of sense, but at least it was compelling to watch and made you think.
