I think Executive Replicas is making the Karloff and Price. Its not really a tease when they plan to deliver. They may just be suffering in the floundering economy like the rest of us......

As long if it are only delays and not a final stop, we still can look forward to seeing them in our collections.

It would be sad if they cancel these, they look so good :-(

From what the sculptors have told me there are a lot of behind the scenes issues that are delaying product. Apparently a lot of factories in China and Hong Kong have closed up. The ones that are still going are doing the biggest orders first and pushing companies with smaller orders further back in line. As far as they were told the only figure that wasn't getting made at this point was the Uncle Sam, and that had more to do with Monsters HD folding then anything else. The Snyders have done several prototypes that haven't been shown yet, because AT and ER want to get more products out before revealing more figures for preorder. From what I'm told getting things from idea to manufactured product is difficult even in the best of times. I am anxious to get the Battlestar Galactica figures as I have wanted them since the show originally aired in the late 70's. I've waited 25+ years I don't think a few more months is going to hurt.

I agree whole heartedly there is no since in them teasing us with the figures unless they intend to deliver.

Isn't it possible they're teasing the figures to drum up pre-orders, in th ehopes that pre-orders will push the product out of the "iffy" zone? SOTA teased a lot of stuff that was never made.

Not that I gather. The economic issues with factories folding, and costs, costs, costs are what is causing our woes.:monkey2

Yes, I do not mind the wait, Just as long as Karloff and Price are produced.:D

Oh yeah, And lets not forget Elvira.:monkey5:naughty

Since the delay in the Amoktime 12" figure seems to be about getting her approval...why not ask her when the 12" fig from AmokTime will be out? :D
