Since the delay in the Amoktime 12" figure seems to be about getting her approval...why not ask her when the 12" fig from AmokTime will be out?

This was sculpted by Joy Snyder. Last time I visited their studio they told me it was their understanding that this figure wasn't going to happen. Elvira's agents would not approve this or the 1/4 scale PF style Elvira that Amoktime had planned to produce. The Amoktime Elvira figure that is getting manufactured is nice, but the likeness is off. It seems apparent from this situation and other Elvira merchandise that has been made, that she prefers not to have figures/statues that look just like her. I guess a better way of saying it is she wants it to look like Elvira, but not necessarily like Cassandra Peterson as Elvira.

Thanks for letting us know that Joy Snyder is the sculptor. My admiration for her work just keeps growing. And thanks for the info you posted about her and Tom; it was more than I knew.
