as much as those pieces are awesome, they are way overpriced. I'd love to have them, but i'm not spending that much on them. I could make the helmets myself...

and thus I find myself loving the items I already have a little bit more with the prospect of everything going higher and higher. Very happy to have what I do. I am probably going to be increasingly more selective with what I plunk money down for in the future.

Yeah, I was real hesitant to buy after reading his review but I broke down when I found her for 33% off. I guess after buying a new body, it'll even out my savings.

I have a female true to test compatibility but it would be coming from Silk Spectre and I won't be able to get the costume off easily. I'll probably get Sarah Conner and just test then.

I wish NECA had the Killer Klowns license. They would've released the figures by now plus more.

Your telling me...I was so psyched when I saw they making Shorty, with Slim next and then maybe even Klownzilla...but after almost two years I'm starting to think it isn't going to happen. I stepped up and pre-ordered both Shorty and the exclusive Tiny with cash through Paypal..but by some miracle they do get released I don't know if I could wait another 2+ years for one more figure.

That's why I'm trying to get my own Klownzilla made right now..if interested I will shoot you the details.

If it works out I will get the other Klowns made by the same guy the same way..and yeah it will cost more..but me and four or five lucky others will be the only ones with them.

Maybe we'll more action now that Killer Klowns 2 has a script and the Chiodos are shopping it around...and Dinner For Schmucks seems be doing nicely which is the last film they worked on.

Duh...they're in China enjoying sweet and sour chicken with rice tea, seafood rolls, and crab cakes with the other members of their dinner party: "IT-The Terror from Beyond Space", "I Married a Monster from Outer Space", and Vincent Price.

It's rumored Vince did the cooking. He's already a gourmet cook, and now he's had two years to perfect his Chinese culinary skills to the utmost. But only The Shadow knows for sure. It could just be a rumor incited by Super Size Frankenstein or Tarman just Klowning around.

I saw a teaser for a 12" figure in an Amok Time/ER catalog quite a loooong while ago, but have never read anything about it anywhere, seen any pics, or heard any kind of an official announcement for it. That's a great film and thought it was really cool that they were going to tackle a 12" fig for it.

Do you know something about it that I don't know?

I know we will probably see I Married a Monster before any of the others. Because if I am not mistaken they are being made by the "BFFF" guys that got their Sun Demon out super fast.

My emphasis, from the inception of Amok Time, is to bring collectors items you will not find anywhere else. Amok Time is unique. We have been successful in bringing lines to market that most manufacturers would not attempt to manufacture. In the past on our Myspace blog (February 25, 2008) I stated ” All items produced by Amok Time or Executive Replica's will be "M.T.O.". "M.T.O." = Made to order. Some production numbers might be changed according to our pre-orders. What that means is, if we initially set orders for only 500 pcs. but take 800 orders, we will produce enough to fulfill all pre-orders, in the other case if we set a production run for 500 and only get 100 orders an item may be delayed or in the worst case cancelled. This system, (M.T.O.) is used by businesses to gauge interest and customer demand.”
I am sure most of you understand this but I am making reference to it again so you can understand the following delays and unfortunate cancellations.

The following items will unfortunately have a few set backs.

Tarman February 2011
Killer Klowns March 2011
Super Size Frankenstein September 2011
Blacula September 2011
Vincent Price Red Death Undetermined

What about my preorder? Anyone who preorders by credit card is charged nothing until an order ships. So if a preorder was placed and is delayed for 1 day or 10 years you are charged nothing until the item ships. If you paid by PayPal we have no control over when to charge your order because it is like sending cash, that is how PayPal works and again we have no control over that. If you would like to cancel your order, and get a PayPal refund, just contact us with your order number, and it will be done ASAP.

I truly hope everyone can see the tenacity of our efforts to bring you the collector something that most other companies would not have an affinity for.

On the positive side, Elvira leaves China next week and will arrive in September. This is an item that suffered some setbacks and as promised will arrive for all who ordered to enjoy!

I just want Amok Time and Executive Replicas to know that they have my full support no matter how long it takes to get some of these products produced. and that I am awaiting Both of the Vincent Price figures, Both of the Chaney figures, and Both of the upcoming Boris Karloff figures! I also have the Super Size Frankenstein on order!
