Also as a note for everyone who purchased Kit 1 there are a few things that you'll need to know when applying the tattoo. It is not self adhearing I wish it was but I am unable to get one that does. So you will need to seal over the top of the decal once it is applied with a clear coat. A matte clear coat will give the best results because it goes on basically invisible and no gloss.

I would also recommend that you place the decal in some warm water to remove the paper backing. The warm water allows the decal to go on and conform to the counters of the arm better.

Got this a little while back Wite, and I gotta say it's just perfect. Now all I gotta do is get my display going. These are gonna look freakin cooorrrrazahaaay!!!

I'm debating whether I should by a big ol' fish tank and make that my display case for these. Thoughts, opinions?

Hey guys seems like everyone is getting there kits safe and sound and really enjoying them!!!

I was just looking at Jack the other day and I am thinking I want to make a new part for him. I really think it would be cool to have a cloth bandanna for the HT version. I have an idea how to make them and was wondering if you guys would be interested in something like this.

I think I may go along and make a kit 3 if you guys can come up with some new accessories. So if there are any ideas feel free to chime in and I will see what I can do!

Hey there guys so I really didn't plan on doing another kit for pirates but it looks like I will be having another ready real soon. It all started because I liked the look of the cloth bandanna on Medi but liked the HT Jack overall way more. So I got a replica bandanna from the movies scanned it and created a 1/6th version that fits on the HT Jack hair piece.

There are parts to the hair that are lightly held on by glue and can easily be popped off to put this new bandanna on. Also the little tails of the sculpted bandanna are glued on so you just pop that off too and you can fit on the cloth one. The cloth one will fit right over the original sculpted one with out any permanent mods if you wanted to restore it later. Or you can dremel off the old bandanna like I did and put on the cloth one.

I was planning on offering the bandanna one of two ways. First is to sell the bandannas straight up and you can apply them yourself it will take a little futzing to get it looking perfect but the one I did for mine honestly look less than 15 min to get on. So it isn't anything terribly difficult to do or require a large amount of skill. Second option would be for you to send me the hair piece you want the bandanna on and I can put it on for you for a little extra.

The color of the bandanna isn't as pink as the photos show its just how they came out for some reason it is lighter than the one that is sculpted on the HT one. It looks really good in person though and has a more real weathered look to it like he has been out on the seas and seen some sun. I am also going to make sure the tips are not white on the final I just was excited to get pics taken I forgot to do that lol. Anyway enough yak yak here is the pics let me know what you all think!

yes they are of the bandanna dremeled off. I am going to do another withing the next few days here that has the sculpted one still on. I did a test of the material stretched over it and it almost looked identical to me as the dremeled one.
