Well, i emailed Oluf Hartvigson and i got a reply less than 24 hours later.
Sue, i think he has read your comment about the "worms" in his forehead lol
But by the sounds of this, there is a good chance that there will be some changes made.
Also, I was right about the wrinkles. The reference image was of him looking up!! LOL
He seems like a really nice guy too. I just dont think its right for Sideshow to limit the ways he works. Thats why Sideshow pieces are sometimes off. He has to do exactly what the team want, even if it means mix 'n' matching photos, facial expressions and hairstyles.

Hi Wayne,
I am very sorry to hear there is so much grief about the facial expression. Luckily there may be an opportunity to re-visit the "worms" on the forehead. When I post images in the production blog I think most people will agree that the rest of the sculpting issues are mute. The face is much better proportioned in this version that the 12"...narrower.
The wrinkles come from the reference I was provided which showed him looking up and wrinkling his forehead quite a bit. About the hair...I can only do what the design team @ Sideshow wants...if they prefer the look of the hair you have provided, then sure, but if not, it may remain the same.
Thanks for your support and the heads up!
Best regards,
Oluf
