Even the posed eyes don't bug me as much as that shoddy dress. Worst SW Sideshow costume ever...

Leia is boxed up right now as she's kinda weak on her own, but once Luke arrives I'll break her out and re-arrange one of my Detolf shelves to house Obi Wan, Han, Luke and Leia.

Thats how I feel about it... glad I have her now, but she's the only SW figure I've never actually displayed. Couldn't find a logical place to display her until now.

That's why I kept my order. As just a figure, I felt somewhat negatively towards it, but as a piece of a really nice whole, she's critical so I kept my order. If she'd gone up for order with no other ANH figures, I may have passed, Old Ben, Han and Luke drove me to keep the order.

Yup, I think that we have all the core human heroes makes for a strong group. ANH is pretty strong though for good groupings based on character relationships in that film You could have:

Luke and Old Ben
Luke and Leia
R2 and C3PO
Han and Chewie

That's just be with 2 figures, more than 2 you have a good number of combinations too.

Luke, R2 and C3PO
Luke, R2, C3PO, Old Ben
Luke, Old Ben, Han, Chewbacca
Luke, Old Ben, Han Chewbacca, R2, C3PO
Luke, Han, Chewbacca, R2, C3PO, Leia
Luke, Han, Chewbacca, Leia

Quite a few possibilities, so while lack of droids and Chewie is felt, the 4 we do have are quite strong together.

That's a tossup. I think most collectors would rather Vader and Tarkin flanked by Stormtroopers than display Leia, Vader and Tarkin watching the destruction of Alderaan.

I thought of cancelling her, but with Obi-Wan coming, and hopefully at least a CW Anakin, I think she's going to add a nice bit to a Clone Wars lineup.

The costume is an incredibly simple one. How much better could it honestly have been made? I'm very pleased with my Leia. I just don't get the hate.
