omg guys you're far too kind. ...far too kind!!

I don't know about this being the best, I've seen some pretty good ones on here. I'm reasonably happy with it though. (although the eyes were a bugger... almost as if one was sculpted (or molded) slightly higher than the other. Just could not get the pupils to line up and look ok. Got it eventually though.

I'll answer any emails or pm's I've got since I posted these pics at some point on Monday, but for anyone new getting in touch.. I'm sorry, I'm not taking on commissions. Fully booked for the forseeable (and way beyond) future. sorry once again. People who I'm already doing things for though, hopefully I'll be able to help you out. I'll know better on Monday when I've got my order sheets in front of me.

Yep, an awesome sculpt by Trev... let down a bit by factory paint.

Although my guess is that was likely recast with the paint still on it (most people don't bother stripping off the paint) so even "above" the paint there is still a lot of potential in the sculpt. Also, that seller is kind of a notorious recaster and his stuff is generally frowned upon.

Although honestly I've been more than happy with my figure "as-is" from Sideshow.

The sculpt is dead-on Ford IMHO. The paint is a travesty, especially the eyes. I've seen some well done repaints on this board and they improve the figure 500%.

There's been some great repaints of Han, but this one by Darren Carnall is the best I've seen. I had to dig it out again for people who missed it. Really shows the quality of the sculpt.

I have to agree, that DC repaint is simply jaw-dropping...

However, you fools have unwittingly given me a new excuse to re-post a couple of my favorite shots of my DarkArtist custom painted Han!
You should know by now that my excitement for this piece is boundless... When are you going to learn..?
