I must say, this IS fun. I'm usually not on this side of the argument.

I hope I haven't pissed anybody off for real. Friends?

Touche. But Prajji is a representative back ground character that people can look at know what they need to know (ie Hey, thats an Imperial Officer). As opposed to some dude where one's reaction will be "Who d'at?"

Unfortunately, I'm surrounded by morons who do the same thing with Darth Maul...

:slap

The answer to why so soon is that we (me especially) have been complaining about getting figures with no one to pose them next too.

Who was Obi-Wan to pose with? Leia? No. Han? Well maybe. But ANH Luke? Hell yes.

I am all for more obscure characters, but 4 Lukes in 2 years is still only 10% of the line and he is a major character that eventually should have all varieties produced. They can do 2 more Lukes every year and last like 3 more years.

No other character besides Padme and clone troopers requires so many versions.

So you mention the mother and not the daughter? :lol Wow.. the Skywalker kids take after their mom with all those costume changes.

Leia has a few costume changes, but in 3 movies she still didn't have as many as Padme did in TPM alone. :lol

Well duh. I said as much. The difference is you know everything you NEED to know just in one glance at the character. That would be my point yo. :lecture

Praji is a "who's dat" but he represents "generic Imperial officer" too. (Which I think was your point, right pix?)

Ryoo Naberrie doesn't exactly have that same effect. :lol

Warning: Impending Nerd-dom

But do you know when it was Padme and when it was her decoy? We need ALL the Padme costumes yet (Snowbunny does NOT count), Luke... well we know what ones are left there :lol and for Leia we NEED Hoth, Bespin, Endor/General, maybe Ewok Dress, Bespin Escape, Medical Frigate, Medal Ceremony and General with Ewok weave. Hrm.. so apparently outta the twins Luke is the diva. :rotfl

Just to get an idea of how SS could release ultimate figures, instead of making 4 or 5 of them.Talk about accessories..:D

You guys know if SS did a ultimate Luke you'd be all over it.

I've argued before, Vader should be an Ultimate figure in 1 box. Have every variation of his armor and all in one complete set, only one body, have a blank, Shaw and Christensen head for respective uses, and be done with it. No waiting for "well we have ESB Vader but I really want ANH", you just get it all in one swoop.

I would love extra accessories, but not extra outfits to make an "ultimate" version.

IE, they shouldn't toss in an X Wing suit with the ANH Luke. I'd rather have a whole new figure with different head sculpt.

Ugh, I think I would die if they did that. I would probably want to display all the Vader variations and that.. well that would just kill me. :lol But I wouldn't mind an Ultimate ANH Luke. Everything he came into contact with in one box, that I could deal with.

I don't particularly like that idea because if I wanted to display both, I'd have to buy 2 and then I'd have extra pieces, etc.

Yeah, having to dress figure's up wouldn't be my cup of tea, except for maybe Vader. He wouldn't have too many outfits.

Buisness wise, it would suck.
