Yeah, but I'd still like to have a set of those figures... something cool about them.

I was all over the regular figures when they came out, but for some reason, I never got into the 12-inch figures. Maybe they were too much like Ken dolls or something. :monkey1

Yeah, I never had any of them when I was a kid (all about the 3 3/4" though) but there something very endearing about the simplicity and kind of androgyny of the vintage stuff.

Also the IG-88 is pretty kickass in his own right.

I remember them as a kid.Back in the day they were the ****. Brings back memories, I remember going to Toys R Us , around 1978-1979 and it was Star Wars EVERYTHING! There were so many 3 3/4" figures that they were all over the store, almost every aisle!

I think I got the 3 3/4 mostly because my parents could afford them easier. :lol

We had Chewbacca and Vader. That was it and it didn't exactly lend itself to hours of play.

"haaaaaaaaaa purrrrrrrrrrr" "GROOOOWWWWWWWWUNNNNNN"

Looks like the floppy hat is cloth with wire too. Very cool. I love that huge rifle he comes with too. :rock

Very nice... love the rifle! Very american gothic.

That's Mark Hamill alright. Best likeness of Luke ever, anywhere.

Yeah, the hands still bother me. I would give up some of those accessories for some accurate hands.
