The costume and accessories all look awesome, but I'm not super crazy about the head sculpt enough to want to replace my existing Luke.

I am diggin on it! Sculpt looks to be another near-perfect one. The paint app is not the best I've seen, but pleanty good enough to not take away from the figure to me.

And as a devout lover of accessories...this is nearly as good as it gets.

No blast helmet is a bit of a surprise, but I wouldn't have used it anyway. Who in their right mind would want to cover up that sculpt?

The pouch next to the lightsaber looks to me to be one that can be opened. And it looks a little like it is closed with the magnets, like Bespin Luke's holster. That would be very cool.

I think the only reason the helmet isn't included is because it would require a different head sculpt to allow the helmet to fit tight to it and not look awkward.

My thoughts exactly. I could easily see this one costing $70, and for this piece (assuming it comes out of the factory like this) it would be totally worth it imo.

This really says something doesnt it. I wonder if they considered the blast helmet, but then realized that it would put the figure over SSC's acceptable price range.

I wonder how much more this cost them to produce than boush leia...

The way Trevor sculpted Luke with somewhat matted down hair, I thought a blast helmet could fit. I wouldn't mind if it was oversized just a wee bit.
