Anyone looking for a Code 3 Tie

Already have a Tie ( wish I only paid $99 for it ). Show me a Slave 1 for $99 and I am all over it! Slave 1 can still be had for a good price of around $200, but I don't liek the ship enough for $200 right now, but $99 would sway me to make the buy.

I got mine for around $160 and feel pretty good about that deal. And trust me, I too wish I paid only $99 for the Tie. Am I ever going to get to see some pics of your X-Wing?

Very nice looking. Are you going to pick up a Vader bust for your Tie? They're cheap and it's actually pretty nice.

My Vader bust arrived last week so he is in place beside the Tie now

I am thinking of going after the first Vader GG bust too, but not sure as I like the ROTS version just fine. I would have to go after Boba's bust if I get Slave 1. Vader and Boba are the only 2 GG OT busts I don't have unless you count the Sandtrooper Corporal exclusive and I think there is a Salatious Crumb ( sp ) too.

I have been watching Boba busts for a few weeks now and most have gone for over $200. I think the days of the good deal are over LOL. I am still watching them hoping one gets overlooked and I can get it for a decent price.

Mine didn't have it originaly box. It's amazing how much cheaper something will go without the original box. I saw a Snow Bunny Padme go for around $450, she's been going for over $700 in every other auction! Is the box really worth $250? This is a weird hobby sometimes.

I have the signature version, so I won't be too upset until I see those things selling for $100. But with only 500 made, I don't see that happening anytime soon...

And the official Code 3 site lists the regular TIE as sold out of the 5000 edition size.

When you ordered the Signature Edition did the cover come in a seperate box or all together?

The cover is in a separate box.

Both are considered oversized by USPS and UPS, and charged accordingly. The box with the cover is billed at the 30 pound rate, even though it weighs less than half that. They are just large boxes.

Its only $110 difference. The $99 don't come with a cover either.

Damm thats even cheaper. But I just checked and the shipping is more on the site so it came out to a $2.50 difference on each. If you live on the east coast this way might be cheaper for shipping and cost.

Damn this sucks! I'd really like to have the SE Tie to go along with my SE X-Wing, but I just can't justify having two Tie Fighters.
