looks like an outdated piece of expensive junk to be honest :lol

The aoshima Endo can't compare with the HT's. The first release of the aoshima endos was back in 2004. 1/6 collectibles has evolved dramatically over the past 5 years, so anyone who buys this aoshima should not have the expectations that it will be as detailed as the HT endo.

To be fair it's of it's time... and at the time is was the best 1/6th endo out there. The fact it's mostly metal still gives it a great tactile feel, but yeah, in terms of accuracy a lot has happened in the last 5 years!

Indeed. Who knows, maybe in another 5 years we'll get a full metal Endo even better then Hot Toys ;) Things change and improve a lot.

Yeah, but it'll be made by skynet and kill you in your sleep!

Actually i think its really not all that bad. I have the BD endo and actually like it quite a bit (given that i did do some simple mods to it). Take a look :whip

I just received the superb Aoshima Terminator Endoskeleton from a cool trade here with Amarcord.

I already have both Hot Toys regular and battle-damaged versions, but always wanted this classic die-cast metal Endo to join my Terminator collection:

Wow. That looks really freakin cool. Nice work.

Still would love to see a chrome one. A REAL chrome one. For some reason some part of me thinks that the pics of this new repaint version are just photoshopped and the real look/paint hasn't been photographed yet.:monkey3

But I know I'm just dreamin.

The covers were added just for fun. Reese... "don't ask, don't tell" applies.

Whats the deal with these. This thing is being called "chrome version" on the sideshow site but it doesn't look chrome to me.

A couple of the hydralics are. That's all that matters, right?

Geez, that 700 looks black next to the 800 endo. I didn't realize they would be that different.

Mine are the originals, so they are not/were not chromed back then.

Yeah but being chrome is the only edge these ones could possibly have over the Hot toys ones and they don't even have that it seems. Its being falsely advertised - there are some chrome pieces but the whole thing aint chrome which is what is implied by calling it "chrome version". I'd gladly get on the waitlist for one if it was all chrome.
