Just recieved a reply from sideshow and there sending out a new chainsaw to replace the broken/badly repaired one i have now.:yess: was starting to get worried they would just offer a credit.
 
i just got a response from sideshow customer service today apparently they don't have replacement available so its either send it back for full refund or get a $65.00 credit.
 
Mine is going back, return or will replace my regular gun, have to keep the body with chip, numerous paint issues, and $55. Very disappointed.
 
Well I am on the WL on this one, a WL that is not likely to convert. No biggee as it was not a high priority piece for me, or I would have ordered it. That said, the issues I am seeing go way beyond the normal blemishes. Were talking very obvious, shoddy work on some of these. How they can come wet inside the box with a QC sticker...baffles me.

Also, the comment that no one should expect a replacement for damaged/shoddy pieces, is about the dumbest thing I have ever read. Never mind that a refund does not make the buyer whole, especially dealing with tax/customs, nor does it solve the gaping hole in a collection or incentivize finishing a line...sheesh!
