Yes, mine has some nice color details. In fact, when I looked at it, I thought it looked very similar to your repainted version.

And I just thought I'd also mention that, as far as the "ease" of fixing this, well, from my perspective, it ain't easy. Even if I get it aligned as well as I can, the seam is VERY noticeable, and would require at least some touch-up paint, and probably some filler, neither of which I have lying around the house.

I tried fixing mine, but I'm still not happy with it. I have a feeling I'll contact them for a replacement since many people are starting to receive these intact.

Great pictures everyone!! This is my second Premium Format figure(the first in the LOTR line) and I LOVE it!!!
I have the Orc for order as well and can't wait for that!

Mine came today - no flaws that I can find paint/breakage wise - my first PF and I absolutely love it!

Now bring on Thor, Indy, Conan, Vega, the Moria Orc...

Okay. Now I'm seeing seams or break lines in the hair for those people who didn't even have breaks.

Just curious, of those who received on broken, what number was yours?
Mine is 186.

I'd say about Spot on I mean Lurtz (Lawrence Makorae the actor who played LUrtz) is 6"4 and Viggo probably just on 5"11

It's funny how people focused on the negative of this piece. The sculpt was still good enough to look like Viggo but the wave of negativity kept on coming.

The original sculpt is gone (unless you bid on that ebay auction) so let's forget about it. This PF looks very good in person so take a chance if you are still not convinced.
