Yup he looks great. I'm still waiting for the tracking to update he might end up taking a while unless it changes by next week the wait is killing me honestly.

Got my invoice from Giantoys was anxious about in hand pics, glad it looks great.
is the chest one piece or have articulation in the middle?
Will try to get a second body for my boy black as it looks quite good.

Looks like the googles are leaving behind some paint on the sculpt, what would be your solution to avoid that? Sealing the paint? Removing it on the back of the googles?

The quality of this figure really surprised me. It?s not the iconic Riddick look to me but getting ahold of the Boy Black set is just impossible so I thought I?d settle for this version. I wasn?t expecting to genuinely be impressed by everything from the sculpt to the paintwork on both the head and body and the excellent outfit. The only weak spot is the ankles on mine but I put all my figures on stands so the ability to stand unaided isn?t all that important. I?m also not one to ever feel the need to ?upgrade? to a seamless body when elbows are the only visible joints. This body is more than adequate and I find most seamless bodies to bulky and tall.
Looking at Boy Black in comparison now has it looking pretty inadequate and very much in need of an update which I won?t hesitate to purchase. Let?s keep the momentum going on this line and pull out a Vaako next!

Tying all the rope and attaching the weapons and armour was pretty simple and, despite taking a little bit of time, I enjoy the process of putting a figure together. It makes you bond with it and is good to know that your copy has a touch of you in its assembly.
For instance, I was checking out costume/modelling shots and it appears to that the belt used to hold the knives is the same string that?s holding the knee pads so I just cut a piece off the extra string for that purpose.

Awesome pics, Chopper! He really looks quality in those shots. I?m so glad I decided to order one. Hopefully mine gets here next week.

I agree about the body. Just the elbow joints being exposed on that doesn?t bother me especially since it looks so well proportioned in the clothing.

I got mine a few weeks ago from one sixth kit . Fantastic figure especially for the price. Mine also has loose ankles but it is remedied by a using a stand.

Got mines in a few days ago from OSK also. Sad to say the left arm broke off. Trying to get a replacement because I do like this body on the figure if I can't get one I'll just switch it to a M33 body.

I saw one reviewer on YouTube who also had the arm broken when trying to replace with phicen body. Couldn?t understand what he?s saying as the video is in french. Is that arm really that flimsy? Reminds me of Neca quality figure. Tempted to get the figure just the qc is holding me back.

I saw the video prior to receiving my figure and used hairdryer to soften articulations and got no problem whatsoever.
Just be careful at first to know how the articulation works and buy from a store with good CS i got mine from giantoys they are great and the packaging top notch plastic over the shipping box, figure shipping box inside a plastic sleeve and corners plastic protection never seen that before.
If you dont see it in store just shoot them an email.

Thanks for the info bro. I have decided to go ahead and preordered 1 unit from my local hobbyshop. Too risky for pass on this and regret it later. Will get those hairdryer ready whenever I?ve receive my stock

Slept on this too long and couldn’t find it at my usual sources for third party figures such as Giantoy, TNS, NeoGeek, Ekia Hobbies. But fortunately (?… I hope!) I found this figure available on AliExpress. Really hoping that I get it by Christmas. I bought a TBLeague Phicen M34 for it because (this is just me, I’m sure) I think the jointed elbows will bother me. Also I like the look of him a bit more beefed up than he was in the film in some of the promo art.

It looks like the head sculpt should seat just fine on the Phicen.

Any tips or suggestions about this figure? I’m psyched to finally be getting this bad boy.
