You do realize custom heads have to be drilled and fitted to a body of your choice right? It will fit if you drill it to fit.

so how many sets of hands does he come with? I dont see a list......I see the open palm,the gun hand and the knife hand....is that correct?

The load out is in the OP. Based on that list and the photos, I believe the figure only comes with one set of bendy hands with cloth gloves.

Just found out about this figure today and wow! This is a definite buy for me! I loved War Zone and thought it was much better than the first effort with Thomas Jane. Too bad we're not getting a sequal

I just hope that the production piece is as good as the proto.

I'm a big Punisher fan myself, but this figure looks a bit off. First is the long neck, then the hs looks pretty off. Certain angle looks like Bill Murray. I gotta decide fast if I'm gonna get this or not.

This is not a licensed figure so it cannot look too much like the "real thing".

I don't think the sculptors intentionally make the likeness look off because of fear that the licensors will come hunting for them because of it. In the case of Hot Toys doing a Kane that looks nothing like him, that does happen of course, because they produced licensed figures and have a major business that couldn't afford to screw around with those kinds of issues (Truetype heads and generic military guys notwithstanding). This is very clearly an unlicensed Punisher from that film. If they were afraid of lawsuits, he would look a lot less like the source material than he does. Probably no skull, even blander face, might not even have the gloves.

Yes, I think that is true too, however without a license the artist has no real incentive (and hence won't be pressured by public complaints) to make the sculpt look any more like the subject matter either, so it's a win win for the sculptor/artist.
