I finally got an answer and The Boot was right - it's just their regular order confirmation
They should make a standard answer for pre-order items too IMO instead of getting my hopes up like that.... what a downer

I have 2 saves figures on preorder, like most of you I agree that the facial expresion could be better, maybe just a retouch in the eyebrows could make him look angry and determined instead of sad and droopy, but anyway, this is undoubtely the best Punisher figure made until this day, even when it isn't officially The Punisher.

I hope that maybe Hot Toys, notices how well received this figure was and releases a "comic master series" figure, based on the most recent comic, with loads of weapons, body armor, t-shirt, and long coat made of leather.

But until then, this figure will have to do.

Way to much going on, after Dad passed away, Uncle had prostate cancer, then last week my cuz granddaughter og 6 months passed away, then I was nearly run over by an out of control vehicle.

After my initial disappointment over the order confirmation I asked when it was supposed to ship and they told me early to mid december.

I contacted Toy Federation and they told me late December maybe January....

Damn, wish they wouldn't say Oct. Just say Dec or Jan. There's nothing I don't like about the fig. May do a repaint on the head depending on if it's like the prototype or more of a slap together one.

Whew, so glad I stuck with my custom, I think it turned out pretty poorly. The sculpt is a trainwreck, and vest doesn't look as good as I expected. Its still salvagable though.

Same here, I dont see any problems with it.

to each there own I think the sculpt looks spot on to Ray Stevenson in the Warzone film. Expression could be meaner but that is a small quibble. Looks like a pretty good paint job as well, 5 O'clock shadow could use some work I admit. But for a fairly mass produced figure looks damn good. As for the vest I have to disagree when all of the parts are together it look damn near exact to the film, the skull will need to be redone but that's about it. I was also glad to see he comes with the load bearing duty belt and grenade pouches. I can see why they didn't bother with the back holsters for the Mp5K's since he only used em in the one scene in the film and they were never seen again.
