1/6 Hot Toys - Guardians of The Galaxy - Collectible Figurines

Guys, I know the actors and director said it, but damn I love the gritty tone the movie seems to be giving off. That was a pretty nice teaser lol

$250? I'd say $300 plus. Groot will be a whole new figure type and will be huge! Rocket with most likely be packed with a BIG gun! Either way, I'd buy them if HT makes them really well!

I've been a skeptic over this movie ever since it was announced. But the more I'm seeing lately and now THIS.....!!!! Umm, wow! My opinion of this project has turned completely around! I'm starting to get a very positive vibe for it now! :rock

I'm all for more affordable prices (who isn't? LOL) but considering today's HT prices, $300+ for a 2 pack is indeed more realistic. $350 max for a two-pack RR and Groot is still good value, though. 2 different characters in one box, both unique and needing personalized sculpting of the characters' body and faces. It would be solid :)

Hm, ok, now I'm in for Gamora. I like Rocket, but I don't think he'll translate into a good figure.

So from what I have seen in 20 secs. the movie looks promising. I'd be interested in a Starlord with mask on. Wouldn't mind a HS switch out though.

I'm not sure if I'll be into this film or not yet, but I'd have to buy a figure with a Chris Pratt HS if for no other reason than to kitbash an FBI agent with it :lol

That teaser was incredible! Can't wait for the full trailer. It's only going to make the wait that much more difficult though. :gah:

At least I have the GotG comic to tide me over.

20sec isn't a lot of time for me to make much of an assessment, but it is a good teaser for me! I'm not feeling Batista too much, I guess because I've already typecast him as a WWE wrestler. :p

I do get a bit of a Green Lantern vibe (which is not good considering how that movie turned out), but I'm still hopeful. :/

Well rocket and groot wont get full articulation and likely be power poses so thats why I say $250

At least thats the most Id pay for the two

Same. I would have liked to see more of the action scenes and a little less comedy. I really like how they're handling Peter Quill's character. Kind of reminds me of Vash the Stampede. Actually, a bit more like Jack Sparrow now that I think of it.
