Kind of disappointed that there wasn't a whole lot of new stuff that we didn't see last July at SDCC. But at least now everyone can see why we were so excited when we saw it back then.

Oh yeah! So I was wrong!
Interestingly enough, though -- The Wolverine had the longest time gap between the movie and launch of PO for the figure, yet it had the shortest turn-around time from PO to Final Product. Again I might be mistaken so just correct me if I'm wrong

Man that trailer was weak... Im gunna see it as a fan of the comics but I dont think that trailer is helping to reach any kind of new fan base...

Reception seems good from the actual movie thread in the Other section (and elsewhere so far.)
Anyway, I'm pretty sure I'd buy this whole team from Hot Toys, darn it!

I'm not a comic person and don't know anything about these guys but I really liked the trailer and definitely can't wait to see the movie.

Trailer was good. It looks like a lot more fun than I initially expected. Seems like the tongue is mostly in the cheek, but I appreciate the humor.

The movie is gonna be hilarious! If the action keeps up with the comedy, which Marvel seem to do cery well, I can see this being a hit. Looks really good, Rocket and Groot look way better than I hoped they would lol

Watching the trailer, over and over and I cannot help but be excited for these Hot Toys, I'm in for the whole team and cast of the film.
However, I was watching it just now and I thought "Star Lord is going to make one of the best looking Hot Toys figures." Why might you ask? My logic is because he's going to have that leather coat and so far Hot Toys haven't let us down when they've made characters with leather coats. Haha. Can't wait!

Gamora side boob was something that stuck out for me in that trailer haha. Along with Ronan's Universal Weapon and the mention of Lylla.

Always though the first trailer was going to be more of an introduction to the characters sort of affair, the second should be more story/action based I'd think.

Ah man, I forgot about statues. Good thing I've already limited my spending in anticipation of the figures, just going to have to scale back a bit more for these. Thankfully the way Sideshow work these are a fair old way off.

Saw the trailer 7 more time lol. After seeing Drax more, I'm liking what they did with him color wise. Gamora is pretty awesome too, wouldn't mind picking up her HT. I think I'm pretty much sold on all their HT figs.
More or less I honestly got a Star Wars vibe from it. The grittyness that the original trilogy brought along with the fun that seems to ooze of the screen you know?

im probably in for the team, how cool and diverse they will look on a shelf, plus the next team will be avengers 2 which probably won't be released until 2016/2017 so plenty of time to save haha

Agreed. The forum hype has me expecting an epic film but that trailer was a let down.

yeah everyone is in this fog of awesomeness... trailer showed no voices for rocket or groot, revealed nothing to do with the plot, a few one liners... I dunno just not all that crazy, especially for all the hype leading up to it
