I like it, but not enough to buy. Weak EX, weird netting, and price are keeping me away. I hate to keep passing on Pred items as they will see low sales and it risks future items, but P2 and this are just not good enough IMO.

I am ordering the regular from AE and have already contacted someone to sculpt an actual breastplate for her (like should have been done in the first place). Kinda sucks that I will have to pay a premium to have it customized, but I want her to look like she did in the books.

That would be a nice bonus but it's such a shame the apparent lack of interest in this beautiful piece.

I think her bikini-breastplate might have turned away some fans who know who she was in the first place. Sure the T&A factor may sell some, and I understand that artists like to do the whole "original interpretation" thing, but when you are talking about a $440 statue some fans may want a classic look. We aren't talking about Red Sonja or Vampirella /shrug, just my two cents. I showed it to my wife and her opinion was, "Yeah, when you are chasing down an alien you really want your ****s flopping out and having a bathing suit on to leave your vitals wide open."

This statue looks absolutely amazing, sculpt, detail, and pose all look great. I can't find any fault with it. Day 1 ordered for me.

I prefer masked on when displaying predators, but in this case definitely going to display her without the mask as it looks kind odd having that sexy figure with a mask on. Also love the alien base.

One thing i like to point out is how much sideshow jack up the price on their other predator stuff. This 1/4 statue looks just as detailed (if not more) than the city hunter, yet cost $430 vs $1100+. For the guys arguing it is because of manufacture cost, i hope you all now realize the actual cost basis sideshow has, and how much they overcharge on price margin for the popular characters.

logical reasoning, however predators are never known to be overly concerned about armor, many doesn't have breastplates protecting their chest, or only cover a small part of the chest leaving the center wide open. So i don't see an issue with her armor.

Wait for local price which should be around £40-50 cheaper. If the Ex is still available in a few weeks time, which it should be i'll use a coupon to help with the postage.
Ex is no biggie but would be nice and a direct order gets to me months earlier.

Is it bad sideshow has often pulled my interest in on characters I haven't been super familiar with? Red Sonja, Vampirella, now this chick. the figures are so sick i always end up wanting to know about these things that aren't in my Fandoms. I'm sure that some would blame it on the T.A. But i honestly enjoy everything that is going on with these statues other than their sexulization. Anyone else get pulled into character cause of sideshows work? ps 440 is excessive and the Ex is kinda lame on this.
