BTW: You can switch out Arwen's hand holding Hadhafang with Legolas' hand. Looks funny.

My replacement heads are on the way and should have them in 7-10 days. I have to smash the old ones and take pics. I've never done this before so it could be kind of fun.

My exclusive replacement head has shipped.
It's a shame, the eyes were perfect but part of her hair was chipped on during painting and simply overpainted.
Luckily I made another inspection of her..

I got my replacement head a few days ago but the eyes are just as screwy as the original.
I wish they'd take a look at the piece they're shipping and and take a look at what you're ______ing about and make a choice as to whether the replacement they are sending is going to satisfy.

You are dead right Fremem...that's very annoying.

It's bad enough they ship out lazy eyed pieces in the first place, but then to replace a substandard piece with yet another substandard piece, just should not happen.

Crazy!

Where is the QC?

Ya. Not too happy. I'll just keep the one I repainted. I'd like it better anyway even if this replacement was okay.

I love SS. I HATE bashing them. They've been really good to me over the years. But sometimes...

i will start thinking about this once it's <10 remain, right now still <30 so nothing to worry about. Definitely have to find a good pro to get the head repainted when i eventually get her.

I think my heads and eyes are painted very very well. I truly have no complaints. But there are 3 places on the edges of her coat where the paint is chipped. So, I'm waiting for a replacement body. I specified that I wanted to keep her heads.

I am so glad I bought her. She really is beautiful.
