Statue Arwen Maquette

First time I'm uploading pics so please feel free to shout at me if I'm doing something wrong
Not great photos, just took it quickly with my iphone.

Actually , with all pics that people posts of arwen, you have the face that look the most like liv tyler. Even my statue is not good has yourse. We can clearly see Liv in the statue. I dont know if its because the focus is not perfect with your camera, if you have a chance to take another shot with another angle and better focus ill appreciate. Thanks.

Actually i got it. They just showed up as i was heading out to my truck. And i don't like to pick them up from UPS, cuz the UPS hub is 2 towns over and about 40 miles away.

Yeah she is alright. I did my photos with the EX head but i think my regular head has better paints. I think it is the lack of eyeliner and eyelashes that is hindering the likeness the most. I may see if i can get a board artist to repaint her someday. But until then she'll be a bottom shelfer. You gotta have something on the bottom shelf.

Here are some pics of my Arwen head sculpts.

I don't have her yet...these were sent to my by my US dealer.

Hoping to get a better Ex. one at least.

They don't have wandering eye and that is a bonus.

But the paint apps look dirty and sloppy to me.

Never the less the likeness of Liv is awesome.
Like said before, it all depends on lighting, pictures can't express how it looks in hand.

Now that this problem is out of my head I can focus on hunting a Gimli Maquette (damn why didn't I pre-order him..).

Yeah, sometimes I can be too critical.

Really need to see these things in-hand and not judge them by such close up pics.

But when you compare it to this, you can see there is a world of a difference.

I agree seeing in hand always helps. That's why for me I take pics in natural light to give as much of this is what you will see as possible.
