Sideshow?s listing seems to be making an explicit point that she is less than 10 inches. Either this is a big mistake or Asmus has lost their collective mind.

This is concerning. I hope Rovi or someone from Asmus clarifies soon. Did anyone double check HD Legolas? height?

It really wouldn?t make sense. Why would Asmus start using a different, smaller body when they could just keep using the taller one they already have? It?s got to be incorrect info.

Picture Aragorn at the 12 inch mark on that picture and you see how terrible this figure will look standing next to him. Hot -- because I like petite women -- but just all wrong for Arwen.

I believe they?re using the Eve body for Arwen, anyone have a figure with that body? I assume it?s their standard female one we?ve seen before?

Raising her up a full inch still only gets you to 10.8 inches.

No PO for me... definitely waiting for in-hand pictures no matter how nice this looks isolated.

Under 10 inches???

She should be 11.5 inches... at least 11 inches. Going to be hard to boost her up if the dress is cut floor length on 9.8 inches.

Well Galadriel is a little over 11 inches, but that doesn't stop the figure from still looking underscaled due to the small head size, so I would count on this being the same way. Regardless of how tall the figure actually ends up being.

Yeah the overall scale is likely going to be another Dani 2.0 problem... even if the height is solved, the head will be tiny.

Again, the reason I will wait for in-hand pictures.

POd the Deluxe. This looks awesome! Nice job, Asmus.

I noticed a transaction fee is charged when using Paypal - i don't recall if that was assessed (or what payment method I used) when i got Galadriel from Asmus.

"Attention! The payment includes 4.6% transaction fee if you choose to use PayPal. It is non-refundable for any refund request."

I used PayPal, paid from my balance, and didn?t get assessed any fees. Maybe they assess a fee if you use a credit card?

Did they actually charge you an extra 4.6%, or does it just mean if you cancel your order you lose 4.6% of your money?

Waiting for Asmus to comment on the scale, but if they say nothing or this figure is confirmed under 10 inches, I'm definitely going to cancel my pre-order. That's terrible.

Must be something new. Non-refundable processing fee.

But was the order 4.6% higher than the figure price? Or is this a built-in non-refundable processing fee of sorts?

Exactly, she?s barely shorter than Aragorn in most pics. Guess she will have to stay seated on the elvish couch moping about how she?s too short to get betrothed to a Numenorean descendant LOL.

Clever tactics by Asmus; make the figure too short for anyone to justifiably display her standing next to another character so we have to go the deluxe route to sit her on the chair. Or don?t order at all...

Time to see if anyone?s raised the issue on fb.
