i don't think frodo likeness is so wrong... it seems prety accurate to me. and i don't think there's facial distortion in the sculpt too...

So the likenesses falling short of say 90% is okay but the broaches are holding you back? :huh

LOL! Exactly my thoughts! The first thing I notice on figures is the head sculpt, then the clothing, then the little details (like the broaches). Seems bizarre that sub-par headsculpts are OK, but broaches being vertical is not lol. Each to their own I guess. I would've preferred better likenesses in the head sculpts any day.

The broaches being wrong would drive me insane - honestly. I would end up removing them and reattaching them. Accessories are my favourite thing with figures.

These are the best pics I've seen of Frodo so far. When I get concerned with if I'm going to enjoy this set I'll look at these pics so Thank You for that.

The likenesses aren't so bad in my eyes. I think their recognizable and that's all I really need. The costuming details being accurate are the most important thing to me, with the Broaches being the most iconic part. I can understand if a factory messes up the mold, or they decide to use a different head sculpt to represent a character from a different movie (GtG for example, going from an amazing LotR head sculpt to a decent Hobbit Head sculpt), but having the broaches hang vertical is careless. I won't forgive carelessness.

I saw Creg Customs facebook page and I noticed he is doing a Frodo sculpt,

maybe that where we can get the perfect sculpt. If not, I can live with this one.

Yeah I don't mind this one, I think it's ok. That said, if there's a more accurate one I'm in. He also suggested he's doing a Sam.
