Love Asmus character selections so far GTW is the only one I'm not really into, but I will want that Orc head he comes with pretty bad

Big Bad Toy Store sells these. Cotswold Collectibles as well. I bought product from both stores with no problem. Monkey On Fire Collectibles is supposed to be an Asmus distributor and has Gandalf on pre-order but I've never dealt with them. They are the cheapest as of now with Gandalf at 165.00 I think it was. There are others that I don't know about.
