Try to take a shot with an exact angle like the one I took. With normal (non studio) light. Try to take normal shot of the head from front, and side, with no tilt angle or looking down or anything, just normal front face. And we'll see how it really look like.
From my own experience, with actual released product, I got this:
A better solution would be to make a better headsculpt with much better likeness on Tauriel, and send it to the buyer.
Look, if your product is good, I will say it's good. I've wrote good things about the Witchking. I bought your products, even the Nazgul and the horse. But what I get now, this Tauriel is so bad, IMHO. So very bad. And I'm not badmouthing you or anything, I came with my proof, my actual shots. And people has the right to see the actual product shots, so they will not be trapped by some good-lookin-only-taken-at-certain-angles-studio-shots promo pics.
And I'm glad if my pics can help people see and made their decisions, whether to buy it or not.
My personal advice on this one, don't buy it.
