Don't understand the need for the Steelbook ?

Won't Ubisoft release about 3 different levels of collector editions anyway?

Yeah, but a free steelbook for a preorder is a grab. Especially when other game publishers slap on an extra $20 at a release for a steelbook edition.

Yeah that's a nice one and ill get that for sure.

Here's the other one,only thing i would be interested in from this edition is the medallion.Really sucks when they release all these Editions and you always want something from all of them.

.....after buying the Ezio Revelations PVC statue, I've suddenly become a fan of these things. Freedom Edition is already up for pre-order on EB Games Australia .....I need a little Conner PVC statue to stand next to old Ezio.
My order is in!

The CE is great, but the steelbook was a PO bonus. What's it doing in the CE?!

I just assumed right from the start that steelbook case was going to be in the collectors editions ....

Yeah, but they revealed it specifically as a PO bonus item! I was going to buy the CE anyway's. Now I'll have 3 of them!!!!!

We'll I guess I can just have my $5 PO transfered to another game then. So I guess no big deal...

EDIT: Unfortunately the steelies won't be that special now...

also...while the American setting bugged me at first, I think I'm now so excited about this game I'd spring for a 12" Hot Toys Conner right now, before I've even played it
