Serious answer though. I figures that was partially what the vibranium core was for. Blow up the rest of the island, that that will survive and still do some damage. I dunno.

Finally saw this and I honestly thought Joss dropped the ball, glad to see him going. Being a big fan of Buffy and Firefly, I've got to say I just don't think Joss paces well in movies, I think his style just needs time to build and with everything going on this just came off as serialized, like 'just another day for the Avengers' rather than the epic Age of Ultron. The pace also felt very off throughout. I'd love to see Joss work on some upcoming TV projects, for old school fans of Heroes for Hire I could definitely see his style championing a project like that. I enjoyed AoU, but yeah, it's not cracking near the IM1 or TWS re-viewings, I can tell that already.

I thought Ultron came across more like a buffy villain of the week.

I saw people complain that we never got to see Bruce's fears from Wanda but I think what happened to him literally was his fear being played out. becoming a "Savage Hulk". Uncontrollable rage. Literal rage. And that's why Tony and Brice made the Hulkbuster. Not just if Hulk goes crazy but if something THAT bad happened. That was almost on the level of Prelude to Planet Hulk when Bruce was already in Hulk form and another gamma bomb blew up in his face. That's ****ing baaaaad. He's already pissed off and you give him a nuke Los of what turned him into the Hulk in the first place? That'll equal a savage Hulk for sure.

Bruce said to Natasha "the world just saw the Hulk...the real Hulk for the first time."

Least that's how I read those bits.
