I want a scene where Thor and Ultron are going at it and Molijnor isn't making a dent in his adamantium body. Ultron starts to throttle Thor and says
"You're an affront to science and everything I am. Now die, god."




...then of course SW steps up and cracks him open with a hex bolt.

Ultron switched to it after getting his tin butt whupped
by the Avengers a few times.
It really upped the ante on his fights with them afterwards.
Wheddon needs a good reason why Ultron is a serious
physical threat and can hold his own against
Thor,Hulk and IronMan.

Well they sold off their use of Adamantium, what ya gonna do

How can that be, adamantium is a staple of the Marvel U. and its everywhere. Its not like adamantium is a character on its own.... my understanding [limited, admittedly] is that this is in large part WHY Ultron is so feared: he's made of adamantium.

Kind of like saying "Batman wears a cape, so everyone else wearing capes is infringing on that copyright." really?

If Batman's cape was made up of something specific used first with that character, then yes...it still counts.
